NICHOLAS J. ARICO
Supervisory Special Agent | FBI
Prior to joining the FBI, Supervisory Special Agent Nicholas Arico worked in the IT industry for 12 years as a Technical Manager in charge of Network Integration for a software development company in Tucson, Arizona.  He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and recently completed his master’s degree in Cybersecurity Management and Policy from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He also holds numerous industry recognized cyber certifications.   SSA Arico began his FBI agent career in 2004 assigned to the Fresno Resident Agency of the Sacramento Field Office.  There he worked violent crimes, bank robberies, white collar crime and cyber matters. During his tenure assigned to the Fresno RA, SSA Arico established the Fresno Area Cyber Crimes Task Force which brought federal state and local agencies detectives and investigators together to combat cyber crime, focusing on digital harassment offenses, Internet fraud and Intellectual property violations, Internet crimes against children and computer intrusions violations.  In 2008 SSA Arico reported to the San Diego Field Office where he was assigned to their criminal cyber squad focusing on criminal computer intrusion matters.  SSA Arico has been the case agent on numerous complex cyber investigations to include cyber undercover operations and high-profile criminal and National Security investigations.  SSA Arico spent two years at FBI Headquarters where he served as the Unit Chief for the Cyber Training and Logistics Unit and currently supervises the Cyber National Security Squad in the San Diego FBI field office.      

TED CLOUSER President | CEO at PCA Technology Solutions
Ted began in the technology industry at the age of 16, starting his first computer company. In 1996, he joined what is now known as PCA Technology Solutions. He and his wife Stephanie bought the company in 2018. Ted oversees PCA’s three locations and is passionate about both people and technology. His firm focuses on helping small and medium businesses to have world class I.T. Whether that is in Cyber, Consulting, Managed IT, large IT projects or Data Communications, his team is equipped in “all things technology.”  Ted recently found that he loves to educate the public as an I.T. expert in complex topics that we all need to understand and know. He can be found giving his input on national and local radio and TV. and editorials. He also is active on LinkedIn where he enjoys writing original content, engaging in the I.T. community and helping to encourage others to “Go Win the Day.” 

Ted married Stephanie in 1998 and has two children. Their daughter Alexis is a senior at the University of Alabama, and their son Ethan is a high school senior at Scotland Campus in Pennsylvania. Ted’s faith, family, and hobbies keep him busy when he is not working.

ANDY KIM Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer at CyberCatch
Leading the Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (VCISO) service for CyberCatch, Andy has led a number of successful engagements with defense contractors to achieve NIST 800 171 and CMMC compliance. Most recently Andy was the CISO at Allstate Insurance company and successfully defended the enterprise against a number of complex and sophisticated malware threats like Ransomware. Before Allstate, Andy built the national and international cybersecurity consulting practice at Risk, Information Security, and Compliance (RISC) business at FIS creating a multi-million dollar portfolio of clients in just under 3 years. Rapid growth of the RISC business catapulted FIS to #1 in the RiskTech rankings.

For the past 20+ years, Andy has been a CISO for organizations in heavily regulated industries, such a Citigroup, Zurich Insurance, and Credit Suisse. He holds the CISSP, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, and CDPSE certifications and is an active volunteer for ISACA Los Angeles as the Director of Sponsorships. Andy is a thought leader in cybersecurity and enjoys sharing his experiences with other cyber security leaders through various conferences, seminars, publications, and speaking engagements. MICHELLE MOORE Director and Professor Masters Cyber Security Operations & Leadership at the University of San Diego
Dr. Michelle Moore is the Director of the Graduate Cyber Security Operations & Leadership and professor of practice with the University of San Diego. She has over two decades of experience as a Cyber Security Professional and over fifteen years of experience as a professional educator, where her work has supported both national and international defensive cyber strategies.

Within the field of technology, she specializes in governance policies, disaster recovery protocols, physical security defenses, aspects of cyber crime law, and academic matters relating to the protection of critical infrastructure that supports the interests of the nation's defensive posture in cyberspace. As an educator, Dr. Moore has a broad range of instructional experience on the subjects of business, management, and cyber security at both the undergraduate and graduate levels with various universities.

Dr. Moore holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy Administration with a concentration in Homeland Security, a Master's degree in the Management of Information Systems, and an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration. Her research topics are dedicated to the on-going progression of cyber law, cyber-crime, national and international cyber policy, and disaster recovery efforts.

TU TRAN Microsoft
Tu Tran is an Information Technology and Cybersecurity Professional with over 20 years experience working in the private and public sector. He's a former Marine Corps Officer and a Technical Consultant at Microsoft Federal and a southern California native. At Microsoft he implements both governance and operational models in the context of cloud technology solutions to ensure security and operations. He's volunteered to aid international non-profit organizations and public sector organizations find technology solutions in response to the COVID pandemic and Australian Bush Fires.

He's married to Heather Broach with a 3 year-old son named, Dax. When he's not working, he's training for triathlons and running races. He's also a Microsoft Gold Club award recipient and former Camp Pendleton Marine Athlete of the Year."
